This was my first time working with someone who reached out to me to get pictures done. I have been trying to remove myself from my comfort zone when it comes to photography so I can get more exposure to the reality of photography. I picked out the outfits for the model, Rachel, and even told her what to do, where to sit, how to pose, what emotions to convey, and I really like the outcome of the photos. This was one of my favorite shoots, and I can't wait to take more pictures like these. I hope you enjoy. "Friendly" f/2.0 - 1/200 sec. - ISO 100 The editing for this photo was very experimental. I've been trying to find my style of photography and what I want my final image to look like. I did some adjustments in Lightroom and Photoshop, adjusting the curves and sliders to get the exact look I wanted. I did some minor editing to the eyes and skin, just cleaning some of the small things up. I was deciding whether or not I wanted to remove some of the red from the cheeks, but I liked the color and the feeling of the photo with the red. I again wanted to draw the viewer into the model's eyes, making them the most important thing in the image. Here are my other nine photos, I liked all of these, and it made it hard to choose between them. Enjoy!
